Our Holographic Chrome Powder will give your nails that perfect holographic shine!
Instructions:
- Apply base color (optional).
- Apply a layer of non-wipe gel topcoat.
- Use a sponge or an eye shadow applicator, apply a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface.
- Brush off excess powders off the nail
- Apply a layer of builder/hard gel to prevent chipping (optional)
- Seal with gel top coat.
Must be used over no-wipe gel topcoat and sealed with gel top coat.
