Instructions:

1. Apply base color (optional).
2. Apply gel base coat, DO NOT cure the base.
3. Sprinkle a layer of the glitter onto nail after applying a thin layer of base gel coat then cure. 
4. Brush off excess powders off the nail
5. Apply a layer of builder/hard gel to prevent chipping (optional)
6. Seal with gel top coat OR leave raw

Must be used over gel topcoat and sealed with gel top coat or left raw.
