Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays. All orders, including ones with expedited shipping, have a 3-5 business days processing time in addition to the estimated delivery time


Orders will fulfilled within 3 - 5 business days from purchase, a tracking number will be provided for your shipment. For standard shipping, packages generally take anywhere from 2-3 business days (AFTER FULFILLMENT ) to reach its destination.  Please email us if you need your items sooner, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Orders will fulfilled within 3 - 5 business days from California via USPS First Class mail, a tracking number will be provided for your shipment. Most of our orders reach destination within 2 weeks, however depending on the customs at the country of destination, it may take up to 30 business days or more. Unfortunately, because we have no control over the customs, once the package leave our shop we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

These are the estimated delivery dates given to us by the USPS however, they are not guaranteed. Majority of the orders do get delivered with the specified time frame, unfortunately in some cases orders do get delayed either at the post office or at your country's customs location (varies by country).

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, laque'd cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.

Note, laque'd is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once it leaves our facility it is no longer our responsibility. A tracking number is provide to follow and track your package. If your package states delivered on the USPS site and you didn’t receive it, please contact your local USPS office for more information.

No Return Policy On Any Items this also includes all PPE products are final sale. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Shipping & handling is non-refundable. Any shipping delays are fully responsible by shipping courier.

Final sale items cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit. Promotions including coupons and promo codes cannot be applied to final sale purchases.

At laque’d we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product.  In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include the reason for return as well as the original order number in your email.

To qualify for a return or exchange, you must email within 5 days of receiving the order. All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.

Used, emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any return, refund or exchange.

Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your package for items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for the same item.

Please hold on to all items until further instructed for a solution.

LAQUE’D is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. LAQUE’D is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email – you cannot cancel or modify the order, please send an email with cancellation requests.

This can only be done if your order is still processing or unfulfilled. If your order is fulfilled quickly which can happen, we are not able to make modifications to your order after the order is marked as fulfilled.
